What you can ask for
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- send your information to you or another organisation in a portable format;
- withdraw a consent you gave us.
How to make a request
Email privacy@ishieldpartners.com with the subject "Privacy request". Please include:
- your name and the email address you used with us;
- what you are asking for (for example, a copy or deletion);
- the reference number from your demo or contact request, if you have one.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request, so that we never disclose information to the wrong person. We respond within the time required by the law that applies to you.
Withdrawing consent
Cookies and analytics: change or withdraw your choice at any time — it takes effect immediately.
Demo and contact requests: email us at the address above and we will stop using your details and delete them, unless we must keep them by law.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
